I have chosen crates multiple times as a prize in the constellation as well as the daily prizes. I have yet to receive my choice and I honestly feel that is a huge issue for this game. I also play the same game through MSN games and have NO issues with this problem. I also received my sticker book completion prizes there. So, explain to me why they get it right but your site cannot?
I'm still having the same problem with getting my prize crates and energy that I choose in the constellation and the daily prize outside of the game. Tonight, the daily prize inside the game was 20 crates and it showed 60, but after opening 40 crates, the other 20 disappeared and I was left with 0/40 crates. It's getting very frustrating. I really hope you're working on this problem and will get all of our prizes to us. Thanks
Same here, not getting my prize crates and energy when I choose in the constellation. This is frustrating - today was 100x crates and nothing showed up
