Re: Farm Merge Valley: Not Loading or Freezing

Farm Merge Valley has been frozen for me since August 28, 2026. The game loads, but it does not respond when I click on anything. I am using Microsoft Edge, and I have tested on both a desktop and a laptop. Other Pogo games work normally. I have already cleared cache, disabled the pop-up blocker, and reset browser zoom to 100%, but the issue continues.

My case for this issue (253975642) has been marked as closed. This issue still persists. I thought it might be fixed recently because I could get past the Daily Rewards screen. But then when I clicked on anything, nothing happened and the game was frozen again. Now I again can't get past the Daily Rewards screen. This is very, frustrating, especially now that Farm Merge Valley is the game of the month. I have already lost points for the daily game last week because I could not play this game.

Same issues and feelings from me. Have been playing here since before the 'Club'. I have over 23K badges. Seen so many changes. Worst is now it seems there is no support! Someone had replied that this issue was being worked on, I sure hope so!

I’m having the exact same issue. Have also done all “fixes” with no change. I’m using Edge on a laptop and desktop and iOS on an iPad with the results the same. Also been frozen the daily reward screen for the entire month. I have had literally zero response from the pogo geeks.

I have the same problem, Im on level 35, AND AGREE WITH YOU, POGO GOING DOWNHILL FAST!!! mEMBER SINCE 2002 !!!!

My Farm Merge Valley is also frozen at level 49, 3/4 of the way through it. I've tried everything I know to free it up but it stays in that frozen state on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I can make Farm Merge Valley work on a friends account so I know my system is working . Also I have no problems with any other game so I pretty sure it's an EA or Pogo problem. I've been frozen since the end of August and now that it's the game of the month for September I'm royally pissed. If I need to go through September without being able to play my Farm Merge Valley, I'm done with Pogo. I've spent way too much money on this game and others to be ignored, check my account, I'm Coprof05 and have been a loyal member of Pogo since 2010 and have actually been playing since 2005.
