Farm Merge Valley: NO Rewards for completing the Sticker Book

H off not sure if where this is ti Reort problem to been seen to be FIXED....This is a BIGGIE...I fininished .   the Entire sticker album on FARM MERGE. I DID NOT GET THE SUPPILES OR ENERGY CREDITS. I did get a wishing well and a storage building. Big whoop. I AM IRATE OVER THE Suppies and ENERGY. I spent over $100 of MY REAL Money to be able to finish.  The last daily I completed I got the word claim came up. But it being in the wee hours of the morning I fell asleep before claiming.  When woke up it was  GONE. That is INEXCUSABLE.  NO WHERE does it say claim immediately.   REPORTING PROBLEMS IS FAR TO DIFFICULT. THERE SHOULD BE A VERY EASY TO GET TO "CUSTOMER SERVICE".   I Want a reply in my message box or emailed to me. Both would be nice. I've been POGO MEMBER FOR YEARS. Have spent $1000s of REAL MONEY OVER THE YEARS. YALL GO BACKMAND ADD IT UP. I'D be wiling to guess close to probably at least $5000 or more. I think since 2005. We'll im retired now and should not be spending Any Real Money on games. BUT I DO. pleaseeee make this right!
