that is such backwards customer service. every issue should be investigated and resolved in a timely manner.

i've been trying both the app and PC/chrome. losing progress happens daily. you may have something with the store idea, though. i am constantly in and our of that looking to stock rock/tree bubbles for later use. regardless, the store should be functional and not cause issues this large. i quite literally have not played this game in a week due to not having any of my progress saved.
