lildevilswimmer4 Yikes! Please don't tag me as if I can do anything about this! I'm just the naive sucker willing to do EA/Pogo's customer help functions that they have clearly abandoned, because I believe in trying to help others when I can, and paying it forward.
Also, eons ago I was a business analyst, acting as a liaison between users and programmers, so I tend to fall back on those skills and habits. (Completely different industry, but same concepts.) Of course, that was back when we actually WANTED software to work, real people (fluent English speakers) answered the customer service calls, and humans did thorough testing of any upgrades or patches BEFORE releasing them! Miss those days.
