Farm Merge Valley not saving progress

I'm curious - did you meet the first 7 goals earlier in that 24 hour period? Just wondering if it is saving part of the time, and not others? Or does it always go back to a status from 3 days ago, for example? Do they Daily Quests change, or are they part of the groundhog day effect too?

Just trying to help pin down the specifics, should anyone actually ever look at the problem. Sorry, that is pessimistic - for WHEN they are thoroughly researching this issue.

After several days' respite, it's doing it again, smh.

I have noticed one thing common to both instances: I have a bubble with one tree in it. I've been buying trees and rocks to use up energy for the quests, but I always buy five at a time, so this is an anomaly.

I have the suspicion that all the flags, etc that should be pushed onto a stack, or whatever, when the "buy from the store using coins" subroutine is activated aren't being taken care of properly.

If you reset the game, often you can buy the same trees and rocks again; is that intentional? If it isn't meant to be happening, that may be a place to start looking.

In the first instance of the bug, I tried downloading the Pogo app and playing the game there, then switching back to Chrome(Win10 PC) several times in succession to see if that would fix the problem. That seemed to work; the game saved for several days. But now it's happening again.

I'm now trying the same thing. I hope it works.

Still happening... for a business to ignore this many issues is insanity.

I think you are right Zonedstupor.  It has something to do with the trees and rocks in the market, AND the saving to the CLOUD.  So here is what I have done so far.

1. I went through all the trees and rocks I have saved up on my farm and started USING THEM.  I clicked on a set of what I thought was 5 Rocks, and lo and behold, 10 rocks flew out of the bubble.  I used them and started checking all of the stuff I had saved.  I started saving these rocks 2 weeks ago, when the problem started happening.  And yes, I also had a random bubble with one tree in it, and got rid of that immediately
2.  The second thing I did, was remove my BOOKMARK that I've been using for the past two weeks on my browser.  I think that if there is a glitch then going back into the game the same way, might also be an issue.  
3.  The third thing I did was do a deep cleaning on my computer, and removed all of the downloads, cache everything and then a deep clean on the browser I use, for this game which is called EPIC.  It's an amazing browser, but it still needs the correct coding for things to work.
4. The fourth thing I've been trying is to manually save, the game, which normally DOES NOT WORK, but I'm trying.
5. then, I wait until the game auto sets me back to the screen where you have to hit BACK TO GAME. 
6. My LAST RESORT will be to download the app, and see if that works, as my friends who use the app on their computers, are NOT HAVING THIS GROUNDHOG DAY ISSUE.

So far, this all has worked starting yesterday, November 1, 2026.

the whole point of hoarding trees/rocks is so that they aren't on the map, but are accessible when needed lol. will try to clean up some bubbles... it definitely seems like it could be related.

been sitting at 107/108 since this started happening. have wasted so much time if that is the case.

pogo will need to address the limit on items in bubbles if that is indeed the issue...

kathurrrine​ try to follow what is pinned at the top that I put down.  

Also, AFTER you clear all the stuff that I posted, then "buy" the sticker you need from your safe.  Clear the album, then do all the steps again and DO NOT use a bookmark, and make sure all your trees/rocks are all groups of 5, not 1 or 10.

i did not do any of the extra stuff, merely used up some bubbles.

i seem to be okay now, and didn't even have to buy the sticker. 

that said, it is *ss backwards that the players had to figure out the issue because support refused to acknowledge or speak on it at all. (big thanks to the folks in this thread for doing support's job for them).

pogo, do better. this is stupid. you still haven't fixed the missing sticker/constellation rewards either.

Hi Moderators and the POGO group Thread.  So here is an UPDATE! ! ! !

I did all of the items pinned at the top of this thread.  My game was working just fine.  Last night before I went to bed, I decided to do this:

1. I bought 5 large rocks in the market.  I ALWAYS buy in sets of 5.  The bubble I placed on my farm showed 5, "I DID NOT OPEN IT LAST NIGHT"
2. I finished playing my game, and got my daily.  Picked up the present and put them on my farm. "I DID NOT OPEN IT"
3. I checked my sticker book album, and I was now at 101/108. 
4. I set my farm up for the next day to be ready for what I needed.  
5. I did my long time frame (2 hour) tool boxes, so they would work over night, I did my orders so they would "cook" overnight, I got all my animals ready for harvest, for first thing in the morning.
6. I checked my CROWN POINTS AND WAS AT 389,567 OUT OF 433,387, ON LEVEL 55, and yes that is the same level I have been stuck on for this RESET ISSUE FOR 2 WEEKS.  (I am trying to get out of the level for obvious reasons)
7. I made sure the game SAVED TWO TIMES AT LEAST AND WENT TO THE BACK TO GAME PAGE.  So, I was comfortable I would be able to close out and be fine, as I had been for a full day so far.
8. This morning, November 3, 2026, I woke up and booted my computer, grabbed my coffee and opened the farm, (thru the game, not with my bookmark, which I have NOW deleted.)
9. LO AND BEHOLD, my game had reset.  about 20,000 crown points, the daily went back to 9/10, my animals and crops were back to where they were before, and so on and so on.

Here is what I found on my farm!

I FOUND A BUBBLE WITH ONE (1) LARGE ROCK IN IT, THE 450 ROCK.  LIKE I SAID, I BUY THEM 5 AT A TIME.  ! ! !

Mods, this is where you glitch is coming from.  It's a programming glitch in the market with the bubbles.  I know I bought 5, and I know the game saved, but in the am, that 5 turned into 1 and the game RESET!

Please have your IT guys check this out, as it will keep happening, periodically, to people and they might night realize it.

I have since, OPENED THE BUBBLE, AND GOT THE ROCK ONTO THE FARM.  redid all of my items again, and then I went into my computer and did my list that you have pinned to this thread.  

• I deep cleaned my cache, I checked my registry, and rebooted computer, I removed the bubble that was causing the issue and I did NOT enter the game through a bookmark.  I will update you later if this all worked, but I think for sure it's the bubble issue.

Please check and see if you can have someone fix that for us.
