Farm Merge Valley lost currency when purchasing energy/crates/opening chests

I got to open a crate. It freezes then charges me double crystals to open it

I am having this same problem. Didn't realize that it was doing it until the 3rd time I tried to open a crate and now I have lost 270 crystals!

The same thing is happening to me! It happened to me over 3 times!

Having a similar issue.  Used 15 crystals plus a key to open the bronze crate.  This time the crate did not open.  I exited the game quickly and reentered.  The crate and the key were still there, no rewards and 15 crystals were gone.  This is the first time I've had this issue.  Please return my crystals that were taken.  

I've been playing Farm Merge Valley for a couple hours off and on. There is a delay every time I click on a toolbox. I've had to click several times to get each to work and distribute the wrenches. I noticed that it is double/triple/quadruple my tokens with each click. I couldn't figure out why my money was draining so quickly and I even paid for tokens to play. 

I know I'm out several hundred tokens that I paid for. Something is really wrong with this game today and I have rebooted my computer and the game several times with no resolution.

I want my tokens back!

I am having the same problem.  I think I have lost around 1500tokens and still not all of my chest is opened.  I would like to have my tokens back.  This is not very good customer service. 

I've had crystals disappear when I try to use them to open a box.   I just had 30 disappear about 5 minutes ago.

I had high level tools just disappear off my grid. 

Hopefully they will fix the issues that are being reported soon. We all deserve to get our crystals/tokens/etc reimbursed. I'm not happy that I actually paid for tokens and they just disappeared and they aren't cheap!
