Farm Merge Valley sticker album

I completed the first sticker album yesterday and when I clicked on the chest to receive my 3500 energy plus 2750 boxes of supplies the game froze and when I rebooted the game I did not receive my prizes.  I would like the prizes please.  I did get a new sticker album to work on but no prizes from the previous album. Please fix this.
