Elyra the Hopeful Event

I am not receiving my rewards for the new Pogi pass event, and I have bought the Pogi pass. I am on tier 20, and have not received any of the rewards I have selected from the previous tiers. I stopped accepting the rewards as of now, since there are being rewarded to me. I already lost 275 things of energy in Merge Academy, this is seriously making me want to cancel my subscription and quit playing all together.

I have shut my machine down 3 times, with no luck on recouping any of my rewards, this is getting ridiculous.
