Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book & Endangered Species Badge Collection Rewards

Finished the sticker book but did not receive the rewards of 3500 energy and 2750 crates. Is there a fix am I getting them later or am I just out of luck? [Title Updated for clarity. EA_Claus]

I finished the first sticker book in Farm Merge and didn't receive the crates or the energy. It was really frustrating to pay for a game, earn the rewards and not receive them. I was emailed on 9.18.2026 that they POGO recognized the problem, it was on their end and they were adding the crates and energy to our accounts. I still have not received my game rewards of crates and energy. It looks like others have the same issue. Please update players with the status or better yet...credit account with rewards.
