I noticed in the forum that there have been no replies from the tech team since July. Have the new Saudi owners disbanded the tech team? Many people here, including me, did not receive all the 2750 supply crates they earned from completing a sticker book. I also did not get 40 supply crates from the Spin to Lose Challenge. I also didn't receive the 2 silver keys I purchased with 90 gems. People are not going to stay here and play your games if you hold back the rewards. What's the point? You can play this game on both Facebook and Reddit. I have been a Pogo member since 2000. This used to be a fun place to play. I have come here at least 10 times to complain about this and have never received a reply.
