Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book & Endangered Species Badge Collection Rewards

Finished the sticker book but did not receive the rewards of 3500 energy and 2750 crates. Is there a fix am I getting them later or am I just out of luck? [Title Updated for clarity. EA_Claus]

I have not received my FARM VALLEY BONUS CRATES of 2750.

Thank you for your quick response, Tom
