Not only am I not getting the crates I get from the Constellation challenges now I'm not getting credit for the merge bonuses . When will this game be debugged ?

I do not receive the bonus crates either. Whether it is in the Constellation challenges or the Spin to Win. Both have jipped me out of the extra crates.
got pogis and only gave me 4o out of the so called 90 crates uggg!!!
That makes two of us... Owes me 110 crates for the constellation challenge. Who can fix this issue PLEASE
