Farm Valley Merge - Missing purchased items

Anyone else missing purchased items?  I purchased 2 gold keys from the specials box located on the bottom left of the screen and didn't get them.

    Hi MyclarkyIH​,

    I'm sorry to hear the keys didn't drop. It might help to resync things. Could you try closing out of the browser (all windows and tabs), reopening the browser, and clearing the browser cache? Then, check whether it helped the keys populate.
