Hello, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear you’re not receiving crystals after completing hundreds of orders. I know that’s no small feat, and it definitely shouldn’t be happening. 

Currently there are no reports of not receiving crystals when completing orders as of yet. However, there could be a few reasons why gamers could suddenly see a stall in progression. Were you able to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide? This helps with a wide array issue, particularly with the following issues:

• Is your game failing to load?
• Is your game lagging or moving slowly?
• Are games reloading during play?
• Are there graphical issues in the game?
• Are challenges not tracking? 

Please take a moment to work through the troubleshooting steps, it is also important to log out of Pogo completely and log back in, don't just X out of the page (please make sure you know your password to get back in). By performing a few basic troubleshooting steps this gives a completely fresh and clean start for Pogo to communicate with our devices!
