Hello and a warm welcome to the Pogo Forums!  I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting back into your games, especially since sign-in worked fine for a week.

Could you share a bit more about what’s happening now? When you say, “Sign in was fine and now it doesn’t work again,” what exactly do you see or experience?

• Is the issue with signing in, or does it happen after you sign in?
• Are you seeing a white or black screen?
• Is the screen not clickable?
• Do you get an error message, or does it just keep reloading?
• What device are you using (PC, laptop, tablet, phone, Mac, Windows)?
