game progress reset in POGO Daily Suduko

Was playing today and the last little streamer before problem showed me i was 41 games from next milestone of 400. At that point i started another game, someone came to door and i was going to close game but it said i would lose progress so i didn't. When i got back from delivery at door, screen had timed out and  i played another hard game - got a streamer saying i had 1 game and showed i had 0 level, with 5  games as next mile stone, How do I get my progress back Since I have already played games today, the first popup showing how many days left isn't showing, so i don't know if that is messed up also.

I chatted with EA, but they can't help because the game was finished.... of course, i had to FINISH the game to GET the little streamer where I first learned of the problem. 

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
