Hello! Sorry to hear both Lucky Cat Bingo and Solitaire Home Story are not working for you properly, that is very frustrating.
Currently there is a Service Announcement about Lucky Cat Bingo posted on November 4th, 2025:

Lucky Cat Bingo has gotten mixed reports - some players can play, others cannot.
In my own testing across four different devices, only one had issues. After I thoroughly cleared the cookies and cache on that device, the game started working again and I was able to complete the badge.
For Solitare Home Story - if this game is not loading for you, it can be due to the end of The Halloween-themed event.
Why? The computer language changed.
Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, which means the games run using your internet browser’s settings and stored data. When Pogo updates a game—like adding or removing seasonal content (such as Halloween event) this can affect how your browser interacts with the game.
💻 What does “computer language changed” mean?
These updates can conflict with old data your browser saved—like cookies and cache—which were based on the previous version of the game.
🍪 Cookies and Cache Conflicts:
- Cookies store your login and game preferences.
- Cache stores parts of the game so it loads faster next time.
- If these are outdated, they might try to load parts of the game that no longer exist or have changed—causing the game to freeze or fail to load.
How to fix it 🙂
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Make sure your browser and system are up to date - October - November 2025 have seen numerous and heavy updates for Windows and Apple users. Some have updated automatically, and others may be waiting for our approval.
- After taking these steps, turn on and off your device to ensure any updates are fully installed.
