Hello!
Here in forums, they are unable to assist us with specific account or payment information due to being in a public forums community, additionally they also do not have the ability to credit us with gems, powerups, badges or rewards of any type.

If they are unable to assist you, I would secondly contact Pogo_Sconnie via Pogo email to address this issue.
Please note that if a button does not appear or the Pogo website seems to be acting unusual, it’s a good idea to log out of Pogo, clear your cookies and cache, and then try additional troubleshooting steps. This often resolves display and functionality issues caused by outdated or corrupted data.
