Hello! Thank you for providing details of what is occurring and explaining everything so clearly. This helps very much on determining why this may be occurring.
Pogo is a browser‑based gaming site, which means all of its games run directly through our browser rather than through a separate download. To keep things running smoothy we need to keep our devices updated, configured, clean and have room to move. Gaming sites are a bit more demanding than casual web browsing, so a device that handles everyday sites without issue may still struggle if it’s low on resources, outdated, or running too many background processes.
Kindly take a moment to close any other open websites/browser tabs while you’re playing. Other sites running in the background can use up system resources, which may cause games to freeze, lag, or fail to load properly. Additionally, please check out the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide, it's an excellent resource for addressing common problems.
