Garden Blast: Not Loading with Spinning Flower

This issue has nothing to do with my computer settings.  My husband can login, on my computer, and play Garden blast just fine.  So, it has to be an issue with my login name.  Please fix this issue.  This is my favorite game.  I play this everyday.

Same - going on 4 days now, just the spinning flower.  I use Brave as my browser for Pogo. Safari and Chrome won't work.

I've made sure browsers are fully updated, cleared cache and cookies, cleared temp files and rebooted.  I play Garden Blast 90% of the time and spent hundreds of dollars on gems. If I can't get GB working, I'm done. I dislike almost all the new games so that's where I'm at with EA and Pogo.

I'm not expecting a replay and will give this until the weekend...

I earned a new rank for submitting a problem? I've been a Pogo member over 20 years! No, I haven't used the EA forum for issues before.

I followed all instructions from tech. Did not work. As usual it’s on pogos end.  Blaming the customer repeatedly just drains your coffers.

Stuck on the yellow flower "Loading..." after the 100% screen seemed fine.  Started 9/27/26.  Clearing cache and cookies did nothing running latest Win11. Tried backup Win10 computer and alternate browser to no effect.  I can access another family account and play the game, but can't on my regular account.

Is there a follow-up to this issue? A guest account works perfectly but my pogo account won't load.

I turned in a ticket on this issue yesterday. Today the ticket shows closed with 'No Fix Available'.

If this keeps happening one at a time maybe eventually they'll run out of players. I haven't been able to play since the afternoon of 9/23 (played earlier that morning). EA/Pogo response is disgusting.

Still not able to log in after 12 days

Nope. Browser/Op sys versions are not the issue.

This is definitely an individual account issue.  Same is happening with me.  It's almost as if EA is blocking some accounts from playing?!

PC Windows 11 version 25H2  64-bit  OS build 26200.9550  Version 1000.26100.372.0

I did all updates as suggested.  Cleared cache, cookies, rebooted.  Signed out; signed back in.  Still not loading.

Signed out again.  Came in as guest.  Game loaded without a problem.  Please explain, EA.

Absolutely. They think we are stupid. I'm done with them.
