i have earned 26 star chests on Garden Blast. The first time I had 19 chests and I opened one chest and when it came back it said I had six chests. Then I tried to open the next six they disappeared altogether. The second time I had 16 star chests earned when I went to bed. This morning when I opened the game it shows no star chests earned!!! . This has happen since last week. What gives??? I want a refund on what I've spent to get those 26 star chests or the 26 star chests back ASAP!! This is ridiculous that you can't fix this glitch promptly or let the players know about it. Very unhappy player MW171

sorry for my actions but i am up set about losing my chest! some i bought and some i won. like i said i and rank 50 almost 51 so i earned these chest. you can't even open a chest that it doesn't refresh and when you come back to game they are gone . please fix this. i am not the only one this is happening to.

Since the new levels were added, 441-460, if you try to open a star chest or a garden chest, the screen turns black and refreshes. When you return to the game, some or all of your chests have been deleted. This means you can no longer collect any of your earned power ups, boosters or seeds. Until this problem is resolved, everyone is afraid to open their chests, There are a lot of players who love to play this game, and would appreciate it if you could fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

This just happened to me also. Lost 8 chests when I decided to open one. Went back to 0. Not happy at all. This game is hard enough as it is without having to deal with this. Fix this!!!!!

I am rank 50! In garden blast. I worked very hard for these chest! I had over 400 chest plus seed chest! I hope one chest and it came back and i only had one chest! You can even open chest! Without it refreshing and then i lose my my chest when it reloads except one! What are you people going to due about this problem? It just doesn't happen to me it does same to others! I spend a lot of money on pogo. I just might not renew member ship next month! I love garden blast, but why play the game when you can't open chest without it losing all your chest my just opening one! Please answer this! If not you give me no choice but to leave pogo! Waiting.....waiting........waiting?

Ever since Nov. 22, 2023, every time you earn 20 stars and go to open the Star Chest to claim the free booster, the screen goes black, then resets the chest back to just 2 stars and never gives the booster. I have reported it in the forum and to the EA/Pogo email team, but nothing has changed,. When will this issue be addressed an fixed?
