Gem purchase

I purchased 1325 gems @$79.99 on Jan. 24 at 8 p.m. I got my gems but at 9p.m. I got an email saying my renewal was in which was all right with me.  However, lost 600 gems not counting the 100 gems you get for renewal.  I feel I am owed 700 gems and would appreciate them be given back to me.  So, please do so.  I purchase gems on a regular basics so I don't want to stop buying them all together because you will not restore them gems that were taken from me.
