have you tried to delete yor cookies and/or turn off your Adblocker? I don't think I have an ad-blocker and I have a paid membership (not sure if that impacts the ads or not).
I will try clearing cookies.
I emptied my pogo and EA cache and still only getting a black screen. Happening with all games.
- @BlueZephyr1973 I'm having the same problem. I go out and back in and it takes forever to load. I clear out cookies and all about 3 times a day and even ran coumputer security scan and still slow.This Pogo nonsense been going on for about a year according to previous notes I see on here. What a mess,
I'm so frustrated. This most recent incident has lasted over a week for me and I'm paying for the service. Guess I won't be doing that much longer!
@BlueZephyr1973 you didn’t say which browser you’re using. Could you try a different one than you normally use to see if it works better? Also make sure your browser had been updated.
- @Moogan1201 I have used 3 different ones and still zilch. Chrome,Firefox, Edge..Clear out my cookies and all about 3 times a day..Swich browsers and even run computer scans for security..I pay for all including Pogo..All I can say after almost 21 yrs..This sucks and Goodbye
