Getting a black when trying to load Mahjong Garden

Have been trying to play Mahjong Garden for a couple of days, but it will not load - shows a black screen. What is going on?

@BlueZephyr1973 you didn’t say which browser you’re using. Could you try a different one than you normally use to see if it works better? Also make sure your browser had been updated.

@Moogan1201 I have used 3 different ones and still zilch. Chrome,Firefox, Edge..Clear out my cookies and all about 3 times a day..Swich browsers and even run computer scans for security..I pay for all including Pogo..All I can say after almost 21 yrs..This sucks and Goodbye
