Mahjong Sanctury: When Mahjong Sanctuary (or any WebGL‑based browser game) suddenly shows black tiles, missing images, or a completely black play area, it almost always indicates the graphics driver. Please take a moment to view this guide I developed for our community here in EA Pogo Fourms > Pogo Graphics Guide

Currently Mahjong Sanctuary is loading and playing as designed on the Pogo website itself, which is good news. Preforming a few system checks with your graphics driver and other system checks outlined in the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide should help with the images displaying again.

To resolve the black images on Mahjong Sanctuary, I recommend:

• Checking for graphics driver updates
• Performing the system checks outlined in the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide
• Ensuring your browser has hardware acceleration enabled
• Restarting the browser or trying an alternate one as a quick test
