HELP!! Bejeweled Stars erased all my skygems, gold, and powers!

I opened my game on my android tablet and all of my gold, skygems in my lab, and powers were completely gone. I also normally have 8 lives, and it had the default amount and said lives full. I checked the app on my phone and it was the same. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it gave me two hrs. unlimited lives (?) but none of the deleted items were restored. After the two hrs. was up I did have 8 lives again, but still none of the other items that were erased. I tried the troubleshooting steps on the ea.com help page but it didn't resolve my issue. I then logged in on my Facebook acct on my pc to see if it showed the items there, but no luck. It didn't mess with my progress though, which I thought was a little weird. I figured after the extra lives were restored that everything else would come back too, but this was yesterday (Nov. 29th) late morning Arizona MST that this happened and nothing has changed. Also, when I tried to access the support in the app like it said, when I entered my email address it said it would send me a verification email, but the address that it said it sent the verification to was some off the wall corrupted email address (blank spaces and weird characters in email address). I can't remember exactly where it said it was sent to, but it wasn't what I'd entered. I thought that maybe my acct was hacked so I logged out and changed my pw, but when I tried to use the support on the game again it did the same thing. Please can somebody help me? I just want my stuff back. That's hours and hours of game play just gone in a split second. I'm so bummed!
