Merge Academy – Progress Saving Issue (Update)

So far in the same day your NEW ADDITIONS to beg for more of our money has cost me twice because of glitches caused by these add ons.

You are putting too much begging selling tabs in the games and it is causing problems with the games and glitches.

I spent 1000 coins in Merge Academy to get through I think the last quest on chapter 3. I think it was called Cinderella or something.    We have limited space for quest items so a friend of mine used a lot of her clocks and jokers to get through hers faster and I didn't have as many clocks and jokers as she did so I chose to spend the coins. I got it done but at a cost of 1000 or just over 1000 coins by buying the bubbles and unlocking sooner.  The thought was that I would get some good rewards out of it but I was totally ripped off. All I got was a baby chest with 25 crystals in it.  CERTAINLY NOT WORTH spending 1000 coins on. I feel ripped off.

Furthermore last night during my evening collections I was dispensing them to the grid and had a magic wand and glove as the last two items. I tried to move the magic wand over to merge with another and instead the glove got stuck on it over lapping it. I finally got the glove off of it but then the Wand Disappeared, GONE!!??? So in effect same day two glitches or rip me offs in that game and it has to be due to those newly added yesterday, sales pitches.

I believe you have policies that states that the user cannot alter the site or in anyway cause site interference but that is exactly what you are doing by continuing add these intrusions, You are interfering with our game play on the club that we paid to belong to to go AD FREE. This is clearly site interference on your part and is causing disruptions and lost items and players to be ripped off. And I know that you may not have the ability to refund these items because you are just the workers but I will be sending a certified letter to corporate regarding these problems so that they will have to answer for it.

Thanks for your time. IT would be appreciated to give me what I lost but I know your excuses will say we cannot do that.

The OLD POGO could do it in an instant and that was 15 years ago so you should be able to as well.

I have been having issue with merge academy since the the addition of the last bundle a few days ago.  The game is glitchy, slow and resets every time I open it.

I'm having this problem too. And I made two purchases from the shop that glitched out. They both showed up on my board, but only one worked (I couldn't combine them). I got out of the game and went back in to see if that would fix the problem. Instead, only one of the purchases showed up, but the coins for both were gone. It was over 1000 coins for the two items and even though the coins were taken, I only ended up getting one!

A little earlier, I experienced a new glitch, at least for me although I think I've seen it mentioned in other threads.  I was doing the usual, going through the different levels and claiming items from the 12 hour generators.  When I returned to the main game and started moving them to the board, 3 of them landed directly on top of each other.  I was only able to move one of them, the other 2 stayed stuck.  I saved and exited, then went back and lo' and behold, the 2 stuck items had simply mysteriously vanished, but the generators that I claimed them from are now on countdown, so they are just "poof", gone.  There are so many things wrong with this game right now that it's not even worth bothering with.  I'm beginning to feel that way about POGO as a whole.

I'm having similar issues but the worst part was only getting 1 item out of the buried treasure chest during the last event (treasure trove). I hope the problem gets fixed before I get the chest in Coral Secrets event. Does anyone know if Pogo is working on this issue?

Who knows, they certainly haven't made mention of it, anywhere, either here or in the regular forums, nor under current issues, nor in the August Insider.  Maybe they're hoping that we'll all develop mass amnesia.  

I came here to say pretty much the same. There's been an annoying lag for the last day or so, and now I'm losing items instead of them merging. The same issues seem to be happening repeatedly and making it not worth playing because it's too frustrating. It's meant to be fun.
