Home story - Can't load game

I still can’t load this game. What do I need to do. I have not been able to ask for help by following the EA guidelines please help

good luck, i havent been able to get it to load since september 2024, and all pogo has said or done is said to post it in the forum. they have been useless otherwise. all their solutions to problems we have contacted them about is to post it in the forum. here we are almost a year later and the problem still isnt fixed andtheir response is still for us to post it in the forum. instead of them fixing it or not making it a challenge since the game doesnt work
