Home story Phil's HOC not progressing

This has happened to me numerous times, always when Phil's runs in the middle of the week.  I wish they would fix it, it's been an issue for quite some time.  I just play on and accrue coins for another day.  I know that's no help, just more in the way of moral support.  You are not alone, lol, it happens to a lot of folks, I see it posted about fairly regularly in the regular Pogo Forums on their site.  I don't believe that they aren't aware of it, as it's been ongoing, but SHS has lots of glitches so I guess they work on the worst and hope for the best?  

I know this thread is from 7 months ago, but this is happening to me right now. I've never had this problem with Phil's side game before. Played and won 3 times. I earned lots of coins 😀 and got credit for the daily challenge (win 3 games) but it never started building the house of cards. It still looks just like I never started. Strange.
