How can I save my progress in Farm Merge?

happening still this morning, if you have energy over the max 80, you lose it once you leave the game.  found out painfully when just purchased the in game upgrades only to lose ALL the bonus energy (about 1000?) which is really upsetting, anyway to get that back, or at least refund my gems used to purchase?

Thank you EA_Lanna. That worked! The system opened a ticket for me and I spoke with JeffG who was able to forward my information to the investigation team.

I was playing farm merge valley and I bought the crystals to unlock the middle area. That gave me a lot of energy, I had over 800 energy bolts to cut down trees and make bricks. I went out of the game and came back in and I was down to 19 energy bolts. Where did it all go. I was planning on using them especially since I spent real money to get them. Is anyone else having this problem ?

EA_Lanna​ - this issue is still happening as I just lost significant progress in the game with crates, chests, energy, etc. Extremely frustrating trying to find support chat and such too, so adding in here.

Oh I'm sorry to hear it's still happening for you. Could I double-check if Merge Academy is open on multiple tabs or just the one?

It's been a bit since we've heard back from you. We hope that means the advice to close out other tabs worked, and the game is saving progress again.
