This company makes getting help impossible. This happened in a level, this is frozen. I spent coins to get here; my progress will reset because of this. I want resolution. I want gems or a refund. It is crazy that they can take your money but not have any way to get resolution.

I totally agree!!!! My Pogi Meter has been stuck at 14910/14910 for two days and NEVER changes - makes me want to quit playing!!
No one helps! And i pay to play club Pogo. My issue is with Quinn's aquarium Mahjong not loading. Black screen . Nearly 2 wks. I followed all the steps the BOT in chat suggested. Nothing helped. We need to speak with real people!!!
Want to see my transcript from there? I waited over an hour for someone to arrive. I spoke with someone, and they transferred me, putting me back at the beginning of the queue. I am again behind 100 people. EA is the worst. I swear there needs to be a class action lawsuit against them. They take money and give no recourse to get it back. It is gross.
