husband cannot get into his pogo account

Please help, husband signs in and pc says invalid username and invalid password please reset, he resets password and pc says change is successful, sign in, when he signs in using the new password he gets told password is invalid.  As if this wasn't enough then his username is invalid   he has had this account for over 20 yrs. he cannot get in pogo so please contact him via email mailto:[edit: email address removed] his pogo username is sbxi3214. Please help him we have been trying all day. 😡
