I am ready to cancel my membership

I cannot get any help and I am not able to play many of the games.  You have till January 27, 2026 to fix my issue.  If it's not fixed by then, you will be losing a membership of 20 years.

I am thinking of canceling my membership.  Don't understand why they take our Mone but will not fix the many games that are not working properly.
