I have too many problems to list.

There is a very serious issue in game chat!  You did something and it's causing a lot of problems with chat!   The filter is censoring words like yea isn't and other simple words like that.  It's so bad that men are teasing ladies of talking dirty and you are causing us more harm!  Some of us don't like people saying we are talking dirty to the men even if they are joking.   I have left several chat rooms in tears over this!   Shame on you for putting women in this position!   People have been unhappy with chat being censored ever since you put chat back on.   Many of us play Pogo for the ability to chat and we feel safe because no one knows our name, phone number or email etc.... Also your filter is useless.  If someone wants to say dirty words they have found ways to put it on chat!  You will NEVER stop the people from saying anything they want to say!  We have been begging for the option to cancel the chat filter like we did in the old Pogo chat!  We don't understand why you can't or wont do it.   You have the option to censor words but your censor is a flop!  get in a game chat room and type the following..... " Yea I live in Woody Az,  It's a beautiful area, we don't have a lot of traffic and there isn't much crime"    then type our Covid cases are low here!"         

Next problem with chat...    someone asks you what's  your favorite beer?  you say Corona. you can't so you have to spell it out on several lines.    Most of the players are either elderly, disabled, have health issues and/or pain issues.  I have 6 screws and a cage in my back.. screws are censored.. Words that COULD have a bad meaning are censored!  I am a southern person and it's very hard on me to change a 59 year way of speaking.  I can only wonder if this letter will have 1/2 of it censored!  I really don't care if it does because it just might show you how hard it is for us to read chat. If this letter is censored you probably couldn't read it.  We have to type replacement words to explain what we said and some times even those didn't work so by the time we figure it out chat has been going and the subject changed!  Try to type ea in a sentence and see if it will censor it!  sure you can say it alone but if I remember it's even censoring it followed by ?   There are so many common words being censored it's crazy! I cant even say hey Tigger or Tweety because their names are censored!  So many players are fed up with it!  I told them contact Pogo ( can't say EA in a sentence)  but they say they don't listen or if you put complaint in head line it will just get deleted!   Who knows Perhaps they are right!  I can tell you one thing... this is my mama's account that I kept when she passed away  2/27/2010.  I have paid to keep her club membership active and I have even bought gems on hers.  On mine I usually buy the bigger gem packages and I have 18,746 badges won and I have at least 25 that lack about 1 game to win and a bunch more waiting to be activated while waiting on the new constellation that was detained..  I went over the current constellation by about 20,000 pogis!  I buy power ups in Quinns, cookie connect and Snowbird solitaire.  Yea I am only 2 lost customers if this continues but I probably spend more than 35 customers do in a year!  You can be sure if I quit a lot of others that have less to lose will also quit too!  Many already have!  It's time you people wake up!
