I lost my Club Pogo account
Up until last sunday I was a happy Club Pogo member. I played daily and improved scores over the years (been a paying member for more than 13 years. My current year membership has been paid Sept. 12 2022, so valid until Sept. this year.
But on monday I suddenly could not log in anymore, I was told by EA to change my password. I quickly did that and forgot to write that down. And....I forgot what password I chose.
Now I could not get back in anymore at all.
Been in contact with the EA helpdesk and was told my login did not exist ! So I proceded to make myself a temporary login and that is the only one EA help desk now recognizes.
Don't they have records on their paying customers ????? They have to be able to find me through my yearly payments and restore my Club Pogo account.
I'm slowly starting to think Pogo and EA don't really care. After all, they got their money.
BUT I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP RESTORED !!!!!

The screenshot you attached was giving a hint of the email at the bottom.
If you do not have access to that email or cannot remember which email was used. I would recommend checking out our Help Article: I Can't Log In
