In Game Purchase Error

I received 2000 gems. I did not request any missing gems but the email said I did. Please look into this problem. Thank you.

I have not seen an official statement from the Pogo Moderators or Pogo_Sconnie yet, however I will add it to this posting once it appears.

I had over 2000 gems saved up. Today there are only 93. The correct amount was there last night. What on earth is going on? Have I been hacked? No one knows my password.

There is an issue right now with gem and power up purchases, Pogo Spike posted about this today:

I would wait to see if this error gets resolved in the next 24hrs as stated in his postings.

If your gems are still not accurate by - I assume by Friday, you will need to contact Customer Support for further assistance.

I received several messages from POGO today advising me that they were crediting me for my lost gems. 3 hours ago I had over 2400 gems now when I log in my account shows that I only have 464 gems. Where did 2000 gems go? I did not use any of them!

Yes, many of us received gems and emails from Pogo Spike. Apparently, the gems have now been taken back and there was an announcement that all transactions have been turned off.

IDK. They took my 712 GEMS I had when I renewed my CLUB POGO account. They apparently don't mind taking my money but taking my GEMS I paid for is a little ridiculous. They never replaced them and sent me a message saying they'd credit me with 20 GEMS. Really? 🤐  

 pogo has changed my gem balance twice and now I am unable to purchase time or power ups on the garden blas
