In Game Purchase Error

Can't make an in game purchase.  Like power ups or shuffles.  Sorry there was a problem completing your purchase.  I've got over 1,000 gems.  Has happened so far in Snowbird Solitaire and Quinn's Aquarium.

    Mine disappeared, too. I messaged them on Facebook and they haven't responded there.

    No explanation was given gmfor them taking our gems we had purchased which they took in a split second. Im going to keep demanding an explanation & breakdown. Dont let up keep at them. They cannot recover what they gave to players that were spent & it is impossible to recoup lost gems in a fair & equal manner.  We are cheated out of our power ups constantly & they refuse to fix the games which tells me theu are rigging these games to force us to buy mire gems. Then I look & what do I see? A whistleblower tells it all. They are righing the games to force us to purchase more gems for more power ups. Whay crooks & to think of all the $&$$ I have spent  in the past 17 years as a member. Shame on Pogo & EA Sports.  Demand your gems back & do not let up. Also go screen shot all your transactions as I have all mine plus all the shots where Im doing really well in game & they cheat me every single time.

    gave been done a long time ago. These gem distributions did not happen all at one time they were given to players in multiple batches ie  the 1st gems wete bot given to all players at the same time so here you have a minimum of 6 but Im sure it was a lot more batches of gems sent out over a 24+ hour time frame. Not a broken “Tool”  that is employee incompetence which we have the emails stating the last is our final payout. So how do you justify taking our gems we purchased?   Somebody just keeps digging a deeper hole for themselves. Give us our gens back.  If you can FIX it in 24 hours you should know how many gems you took from us & FIX that.  I refuse to pay another cent for any gems or subscription until you return my purchased gems which is over 1,200 & I have the correct amount so lets see if you can figure it out.
