Jewel Academy Game Award Bug

For a while now I have experienced bugs with the Jewel Academy Game Award Badge Album 

I wont list all the badges I should be owed 

But Game Award show Gates 10,11,12 Locked but I have unlocked Gate 35 Badge

The color gems are the same way 

I know this is a bug but can we get it fixed before game leaves please
