jigsaw treasure hunter freezes and goes black

i have seen several people have had Jigsaw treasure issues with the screen freezing and going black. I have tried windows 10 and 11 nothing works. Now what? I pay for this and want to play it.

    Hi @IERICA2 

     

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    i can no longer find jigsaw treasure hunter in the games or the puzzles list , did pogo delete one of my favorites

    I am having the same issue. Have ask POGO for help and they seem to not care. We pay for these games and cannot play them. I have tried everything to get it to work in Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD and it keeps freezing up on me then screen goes black or white. Now there is a badge challenge and cannot even get it. Do I need to cancel my subscription and quit POGO?

    I am using windows !!. I m using a Lenovo Idea Pad 330. Smoken 62 I use to be able to play this game but all of a sudden it does not work. There are other games that freeze up as well. I am about ready to cancel y account. You especially need a way for the users to contact the company direct. This is a real pain not being able to talk with anyone .

    I am having this issue.  I start a puzzle and after moving a few pieces it freezes and then goes black.  I am using Chrome (although I have tried on Edge and same thing) I am on an HP laptop using Windows 11  user name is RedheadRachel71  I dont get any error codes   I have also done all the "fixes" like restart, open new browser, clear cache and such.   thank you for you help
