Jungle Gin - Endless Loading / Spinning Wheel

I've had problems with Pogo for over a week.  The games won't load - it's crazy making.  I email support but I don't get any response and the games are still broken.  I don't get it.  Maybe they're going to discontinue the games.  I'm thinking about contacting Facebook because I understand they are actually the one in charge of Pogo.  Although, I may be wrong about that.

same issue here. It usually sits idle after I click "Humans". If it gets past there, it just sits waiting for a player. I click "play bot" and it still doesn't work. My fav game here on Pogo but I can't play it. EA please fix it!

Been a month or BETTER since jungle gin has worked.  I canceled. No more money till problem is fixed. The only game I played. Why pay if no play.

still can't get into the game. Haven't been able to play for a few weeks now. It loads but can't play.

I haven't been able to play Jungle Gin or Word Whomp in over a month.  I have reached out several times and nothing has been resolved!!!!
