Jungle Gin - Endless Loading / Spinning Wheel

alot of us are complaining about jungle gin and nothing is being done. They need to fix the problems now,

Jungle Gin will not connect me with a human player. This has been going on for a week. There is no way to talk to this company. Many alerts have been sent about this issue by other people. There has been no resolution in a week. Since this is 1 of only 2 games I play, I'm thinking I'll cancel my membership. How do I do that? This company makes it impossible to communicate with them.

10/15/25  THIS IS NOT FIXED!  It keeps loading and loading and loading and if it ever moves forward one step, no players can get in.  They appear but can't play.  PLEASE FIX THIS - I PLAY MOSTLY TWO GAMES AND JUNGLE GIN IS ONE OF THEM. The one time someone got in, it took many clicks to get the cards to move, so it's a jinx all the way around.  I'm beginning to wonder what's the point in staying a subscriber (which I have been since the very first launch of Pogo) if one of the only two gamesI enjoy doesn't work.

Pogo is not fixed.  Pages still load extremely slow if at all.  Cannot locate a player which is extremely rare.  We pay good money to play gin!  Once connected with a player cards do not show up for a very long time.

Please fix this! Or tell us that you are aware of the issues and are working on it! Give us something! Or I'm canceling my many years of being a subscriber.
