@blondie109, There could be different causes why the game didn't load fully for you at the Jungle Gin HD game yesterday.
First, there were some initial problems with the new game after it was made available, mostly slow response time of the robot player. Perhaps the initial version of the game caused you some loading problem as well. Changes were made to the game last night. Try again to see if you are still having that problem.
Second, loading problems and failures can occur when the cache (memory) of one's browser is becoming full and cannot store new information. The browser reacts to this with slow game play or loading, failure to load, game freeze or kicking the player out of the game. The first thing to try if you haven't already is to clear the cache of your browser.
If you are not sure how to do that, click on the link below for a discussion about the importance of clearing one's browser cache regularly. It includes instructions on how to do it for the major browsers.

Third, if your computer or mobile phone used at Pogo has only 4GB of RAM memory that could be the problem. Jungle Gin HD (unlike the original Jungle Gin flash game) is an HTML5 game, which uses more memory. If you have 4GB of RAM memory, slow game play and loading or failures to load can occur. The system requirements for HTML5 games are a minimum of 8GB of RAM memory and the more recent versions of the Operating System used. If you use Windows like most of us, then Windows 10 is recommended.
If you are not sure how much RAM memory you have on your computer and if you use Windows, try these steps to find out how much RAM you have.
1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and type 'RAM'
2. Select View RAM Info
3. Check for a detail that says 'Installed RAM'
If you have 4GB of RAM memory, there is not much you can do except find another computer to use with 8GB RAM or more, or replace the 4GB RAM circuit card with an 8GB RAM card.
Fourth, if you are only having this loading issue with Jungle Gin HD and not other games, especially other HTML5 games, then there could be some other cause. Perhaps another experienced player or and EA community manager can offer more suggestions for you to try.
