Jungle Gin loses connection

Every time I play in the pro mode, it loses connection and results in a forfeit, causing my rating to drop. It’s very frustrating. I will never get out of “beginner” at this rate.  I have tried to report the issue, but I get nowhere because the AI assistant claims iOS is not supported, even though it’s listed as a supported operating system.
