Jungle Gin problems

Jungle Gin freezes up several times in last 3 days? Also can’t chat with player or see their rank!

    Hey @No1Baker Do you get any error messages, or how long into playing does the game freeze?

I haven't been able to get this game to play x 2 days now. It will go to the black page like its fixing to load. Then goes to the blue page and completely stops even pretending to load at all. Beyond frustrating!! Isn't there something you could to fix it!! Please! And many thanks!
