Merge Academy Not Crediting Energy Used

in the last year pogo has had more problems.....never used to have these problems before EA bought them out

I'm not getting credit either. Playing at 11:30 PM and can't get credit. 😞

NEVER HEARD THIS WORD     " GRID EVENT", FOR A MERGING GAME WHAT DOES IT MEAN??????? MAYBE MEANS DOESN'T WORK???????
