log in code

i ned help from someone that works at pogo to contact me ,  i am NOT getting a log in code to my email , i had yo use a back up code , can i get help now

    Hi @joannapo4ko 

    If you are not seeing a login code for verifiing your account when trying to log in to pogo.com can we check both your emails spam folder or any folders that may have auto-filtering rules applied in case it's being moved somewhere.

    i need help from pogo , my name Joanne Napoli , [edit: email address removed]. i am not getting a log in code to my email . . NEED HELP ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i had to use a back up code , when trying to take off 2 step , i do not get an email for a verification code ...

    @joannapo4ko why am i not getting any help , im writing to you on here , from my email ,that you are supposed to be sending things to ,,,,,,,,, can i get help now , 1800# anything
