Lost Diamonds
I paid the 150 diamonds for the Brawny Bounty Season. I went back to play it after I had turned my desktop off & the 150 diamonds I paid are gone & it says I have to pay it again. How do I get my diamonds back for the bounty?

Please take a moment to gather the transaction ID this can be found under the payment and wallet section, then select Order History. Having this information prepared will ensure the agent can find the item in question with exact detail! I believe the season passes are listed as Pogi Pass.

Mine did the same thing, I paid 150 gems in brawny bounty. Next day lost all my progress and my gems.
