Lost Gems

Sorry to hear you've had this issue.

Can you clarify a little bit what happened? 

Did you lose these gems while you were playing a game or did they just disappear from your account?

Could you let us know whether you are playing on PC or Mobile, if on PC can you let us know what browser you are using as well as what version it is currently on? 

If on mobile can you let us know whether you are on android or iOS?

Lastly could you provide us with your Pogo username so we can look into this further for you?

They were there, then they weren't.  I have lost over 100 gems at least twice.  They go away after I have finished playing for the night.  Next day, they're gone.  I earned them.  I would like to keep them so I can use them
