Hello! Sorry to hear Lucky Cat Bingo is not loading for you. I just checked it on my side and it's loading properly, so let's figure out what's causing the endless spinning on your end.
Since you've already done the standard troubleshooting (cache, restart modem/computer), the endless spinning suggests the game is trying to connect but something's blocking the final connection. Endless spinning generally means the game is partially loading but can't complete the connection handshake. This is usually a security setting, DNS issue, or firewall blocking the final connection.
Try these specific fixes:
Check Chrome's Site Settings for Pogo:
- Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings
- Search for "pogo.com"
- Click trash can icon to reset ALL permissions
- Try the game again - let it request permissions fresh
DNS Settings (often fixes connection hanging):
- Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security → Security
- Scroll to "Use secure DNS"
- Switch to "With Google" or "With Cloudflare"
- Restart Chrome
Disable Chrome's Preload Pages:
- Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Turn OFF "Preload pages for faster browsing"
- This can interfere with game connections
Windows Firewall/Antivirus Check:
- Temporarily disable Windows Defender or antivirus
- Try loading the game
- If it works, add Pogo to your exceptions
Test in Incognito Mode:
- Ctrl+Shift+N for Incognito
- This bypasses all extensions and uses clean settings
- If it works here = extension or Chrome profile issue
Give these troubleshooting steps a try to stop the endless spinning and please feel free to post again and let us know how it goes!
